In an attempt to feel more accountable, and involved, (because currently I'm not making many decisions for myself...) I am going to list what classes I am doing each day, what I burned in them, and what I ate. Sorry if this is mundane for you all, lol!
So, for tomorrow, I have scheduled:

6 AM Stretch-This is optional, but I'm totally in need...
7 AM Breakfast
8 AM Hike (2.5 hours, includes driving time)
11:15 AM Mountain Class (gym, where on a cardio machine we go up 12 levels, one every 30 seconds
12:30 Lunch
1 PM Budget
1:45 PM Open Gym- requirement for stayover guests
2:30 PM Circuit Training, (gym, 2 mins on cardio machine, 2 mins on weights, switch.)
3:30 PM Core Training
4:30 PM Liquid Moves (Pool Class)
I'll update tomorrow with food and calories burned....
